Gluten-Free Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, turkey, or chicken
1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (or almond flour for a grain-free option)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
2. Prepare the Meatball Mixture:

Mix everything together with your hands or a spoon until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
3. Shape the Meatballs:
Use your hands to form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake:
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
5. Optional - Serve with Marinara:
If desired, heat the marinara sauce in a pan over low heat and serve it with the meatballs as a dipping sauce or pour it over the meatballs before serving.
