Ingredients:
* 2 bunches of spinach, washed and chopped
* 200g paneer, cut into cubes

* 1-inch piece ginger, grated

* 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
* 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
* 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder

* 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:
* Sauté the Spinach: Heat oil in a large pan or pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
* Add Aromatics: Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies (if using). Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
