Ingredients:

* 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
* Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
* Heat the oil: Heat the olive oil in a pan or skillet over medium heat.
* Add cumin seeds: Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
* Add paneer: Add the paneer cubes to the pan and cook, turning occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and slightly crisp on all sides.
* Add spices: Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt over the paneer. Mix well to coat.
* Cook further: Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the spices are fragrant.
* Garnish: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.

* Marinate (optional): For extra flavor, marinate the paneer cubes in a mixture of yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for 30 minutes before frying.
