Cauliflower Stir Fry Recipe


 Yields: 4 servings

Cook time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

 * 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

 * 2 tablespoons olive oil

 * 2 cloves garlic, minced

 * 1 tablespoon soy sauce

 * 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

 * 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

 * 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

 * Salt and pepper to taste

 * Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

 * Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

 * Heat the Oil: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

 * Sauté the Cauliflower: Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.

 * Add Garlic: Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.

 * Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).

 * Combine and Serve: Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
