Chai (Tea) Spice Recipe


 Yields: About 1/4 cup

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

 * 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

 * 2 teaspoons ground cardamom

 * 1 tablespoon ground ginger

 * 1 teaspoon ground cloves

 * 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

 * 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

 * Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground star anise
