Instructions:

 * Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

 * Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract.
