Steak and Potato Bowls
Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), sliced into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Potatoes:
4 medium russet or Yukon gold potatoes, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional Toppings:
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
1/4 cup sour cream
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup crispy bacon bits
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Prepare Potatoes:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
2. Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak pieces with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Add steak to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Add minced garlic in the last minute of cooking for extra flavor.
3. Assemble Bowls:
Divide roasted potatoes into serving bowls. Top with the cooked steak.
Add your choice of toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, crispy bacon, or parsley.
4. Serve:
Serve immediately while hot. These bowls pair well with a fresh side salad or steamed vegetables.
