---

Ingredients (Serves 4)

1 lb ground beef

Salt and pepper, to taste

6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese, if preferred)

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

1/4 cup tomatoes, diced (optional)

For the Big Mac Dressing:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons mustard

2 tablespoons white vinegar

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

---

Instructions

1. Cook the Beef:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once cooked, drain any excess fat and set the beef aside to cool slightly.

2. Make the Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, ketchup, pickle relish, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning if needed.

3. Assemble the Salad:

In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, shredded cheese, pickles, red onion (if using), and tomatoes (if using).

Add the cooked ground beef on top of the salad.

4. Drizzle the Dressing:

Pour the Big Mac dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

5. Serve:

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious, low-carb Big Mac Salad!

Tips:

Add Bacon: For extra flavor, consider adding crumbled bacon to the salad.

Make It Vegan: Substitute the ground beef with plant-based crumbles and use vegan mayo for the dressing.
