Ingredients:
* 2 packets of Maggi noodles
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 green chili, chopped (optional)
* 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon oyster sauce (optional)
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Oil for cooking
Instructions:
* Cook the Maggi: Cook the Maggi noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
* Cook the vegetables: Heat some oil in a pan or wok. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until softened. Add the chopped green chili (if using) and bell peppers to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until tender-crisp.
* Combine ingredients: Add the cooked Maggi noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce (if using) to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until the noodles are coated with the sauce.
* Serve: Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions or coriander leaves (optional).
Tips:
* For a spicier version, add more green chilies or a pinch of red chili flakes.
* You can add other vegetables like mushrooms, carrots, or broccoli to the dish.
* If you don't have oyster sauce, you can use more soy sauce or a combination of soy sauce and fish sauce.
* For a richer flavor, you can add a spoonful of tomato ketchup.
* You can also add a fried egg on top of the Maggi for extra protein.
