Tips & Variations:

 * Spice it up: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper to the breading mixture for extra heat.

 * Herbed Breadcrumbs: Add chopped fresh herbs like parsley, thyme, or oregano to the breadcrumb mixture.

 * Panko Crumbs: Panko breadcrumbs create a lighter, crispier crust.

 * Oven-Fried: For extra crispiness, broil the tenders for a few minutes after baking.

Enjoy your delicious homemade chicken tenders!

Note: Always ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) to ensure it's cooked through.
