Ingredients:
* 2 medium delicata squash
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
* Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
* Prepare squash:
* Wash the squash thoroughly.
