Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients:

 * 4 large russet potatoes, washed and scrubbed

 * 2 tablespoons olive oil

 * 1 teaspoon paprika

 * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 * 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

 * 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 * Salt to taste

Instructions:

 * Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 * Cut potatoes: Cut each potato into 6-8 wedges, depending on the size.

 * Soak potatoes (optional): Place the potato wedges in a bowl of cold water for 15-20 minutes. This helps remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.

 * Season potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to coat evenly.

 * Arrange on baking sheet: Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

 * Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip the wedges halfway through baking.

 * Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, ranch, or BBQ sauce.

Tips:

 * For extra flavor, add a pinch of dried rosemary or thyme to the seasoning mix.

 * You can also bake the potato wedges with the skin on for added flavor and nutrients.

 * For crispier wedges, try par-boiling the potatoes for a few minutes before baking.
