 Indian Cucumber Salad (Kachumber)

Ingredients:

 * 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced

 * 1 medium tomato, diced

 * 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped

 * 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)

 * 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

 * 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped

 * 1 tablespoon lemon juice

 * 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

 * 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)

 * Salt to taste

Instructions:
