Gluten-Free Gravy: Made With and Without Pan Drippings
Here are two recipes for gluten-free gravy, one using pan drippings and one without:
Gluten-Free Gravy with Pan Drippings
Yields: About 2 cups

Ingredients:
* 2 tablespoons gluten-free all-purpose flour
* 2 tablespoons butter or oil
* 2 cups chicken or turkey stock
* 1/4 cup pan drippings
