Ingredients:

 * 3 cups shredded green cabbage

 * 1 cup shredded red cabbage

 * 1 cup shredded carrots

 * 1/2 cup mayonnaise

 * 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

 * 2 tablespoons sugar

 * 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

 * 1/2 teaspoon salt

 * 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

 * Combine vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots.

 * Make the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

 * Combine and chill: Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
