Churumuri Recipe
Churumuri is a popular and refreshing Indian street food, especially popular in South India. It's a simple yet flavorful snack made with puffed rice, vegetables, and spices.

Ingredients:
* 2 cups puffed rice (murmura)
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 1/4 cup chopped tomato
* 1/4 cup chopped cucumber (optional)
* 1/4 cup grated carrot (optional)
* 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
* 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
* 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
* 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
* 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
* 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
* Salt to taste
* Oil for roasting (optional)
Instructions:
* Roast Puffed Rice (Optional):
* Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan.
* Add puffed rice and roast for 2-3 minutes on low heat, stirring continuously.
* Let it cool completely.
* Combine Ingredients:
* In a large bowl, combine puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber (if using), carrot (if using), roasted peanuts, green chili (if using), chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, chopped cilantro, and salt.
* Mix Well:
* Mix all the ingredients together gently until well combined.
* Serve:
* Serve Churumuri immediately.
Tips:
* You can adjust the spice level according to your preference.
* Add a pinch of black salt for an extra flavor.
* For a tangy flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice.
* You can add other vegetables like grated beetroot or finely chopped bell peppers.
* For a healthier version, use roasted peanuts instead of fried ones.
* You can also add sev (thin vermicelli) for extra crunch.
