Ingredients:

 * 12 ounces penne pasta

 * 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

 * 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

 * 1/2 cup croutons

 * 1/4 cup chopped red onion

 * 2 cloves garlic, minced

 * 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

 * 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:
