2 tbsp sugar (optional)

1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk (chilled overnight, using the thick cream only)


1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar


1 tsp vanilla extract


Pinch of sea salt



For Topping (Optional):


Coconut whipped cream


Fresh berries


Shaved dark chocolate

Instructions


1. Prepare the Crust


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking the crust (optional).



2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers or cookies with melted coconut oil or vegan butter and sugar.



3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides evenly.



4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool completely. Alternatively, freeze for 20 minutes for a no-bake crust.
