Ingredients:


12 oz (340g) fresh or frozen cranberries


1/4 cup (60ml) orange juice


1/4 cup (60ml) water


1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar (adjust to taste)


1 small red onion, finely diced


1-2 jalapeƱos, finely chopped (seeded for less heat)


1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated


1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped


1 lime, juiced


Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook Cranberries:

In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, water, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries pop and soften, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
