Ingredients:
* 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
* 6 cups Corn Chex cereal
* 6 cups Cheerios cereal
* 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
* 1 cup pretzels
* 1 cup M&M's candies (Christmas colors)
* 1 cup white chocolate chips
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* Optional: Red and green sprinkles
Instructions:
* Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Cheerios, peanuts, pretzels, and M&M's.
* Melt chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
* Pour over cereal mixture: Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.
* Spread on baking sheets: Spread the mixture evenly on two large baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
* Sprinkle with sprinkles: Sprinkle with red and green sprinkles, if desired.
* Cool and store: Let the Christmas Crunch cool completely before breaking it into pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Tips:
* For a nut-free version, omit the peanuts.
* You can use any type of cereal you like.
